It is one of our claims to do animal breeding as naturally and humanely as possible without major human intervention.
The animals thank us this nature-orientated farming with good fertility, health and their extremely docile nature.
Our calves grow up in the family bond with their mothers. Their milk is exclusively used for calf breeding – no milk substitute and no concentrated feed is used.
The animals find everything they need on their pastures from spring to autumn. In autumn, we start feeding only hay and straw.
As a result, this nature-orientated farming and the loving treatment of the animals guarantee the excellent quality of our meat.
Health checks are regularly done/executed by a veterinarian.
